To ensure you receive your full product warranty benefits, please read the following parts carefully.

 

  1. Warranty Period:
  • The analogue time switches of warranty period is 24 months (2 years) from the date of delivery
  • The digital time switches of warranty period is 12 months (1 year) from the date of delivery
  • The staircase time switches of warranty period is 12 months (1 year) from the date of delivery

 

2.Warranty Range:

All products are sold by ALION.In warranty period, all of the defective products can returned to the factory to be repaired or be replaced.

 

3.Warranty policies are as follows:

  • For failures caused by using process, we will follow the manufacturing procedures to carry out thorough testing, calibration, repair and restore to factory parameters;
  • The repairing time for warranty period products depends on the extent of products’ damage. The maintenance period is a goal not a promise and certain special products may not apply to this maintenance period.
  • For the products which need to be replaced within the warranty period, ALION will replace them with products which have the same specifications, and the replacing products have same rights as the original products;

 

4.The warranty range doesn’t include the following:

  • The cost of the battery is not covered in the warranty;
  • Do not repair failures caused by physical damage, improper operation, unauthorized changes to the product, or attempt to repair, lightning or other natural or manmade disasters.

Do you keep records or adequate files related to the quality control of your supplier?

Yes, We were kept all the quality control files and records of our suppliers and updated them monthly.

Yes, we will keep all the quality control records and adequate files of each order.

 

Do you keep records with customer complaints?

Yes, we always keep records with customer complaints and attach importance to each feedback from customers.

 

Do you handle these complaints in a consistent and continuous manner?

Yes, we will following up the complaint from customer until it is resolved.

 

How do you handle these complaints?

1.Once we were received a complaint, our team will contacting with customer as soon as possible to catch on the situation and notice our quality dept.

2.The colleague from quality dept will analyze the sample which is we kept from the order.

3.We will provide the analysis report and solution to our customer.

4.In some case we will need the customer provide the failure model to help us find the cause.

5.We will following up the status of improved products and get feedback from customer.

 

Are there any definite criteria of acceptance/rejection of a lot of products?

Yes,we have the definite criteria.

If a lot of failure due to the quality issue or other cause from us, we will resend the replacements for free.

 

Do you implement procedures for identification and/or traceability of your products?

Yes, we implement that. We will mark each product in order to insure we can tracked each order.

 

Is adequately trained the personnel in charge with the quality control?

We have 3 quality engineers in our lab and 5 quality instructors in our production lines every day to guide our colleagues in the field.

 

Do you control, maintain and calibrate equipment used for quality control?

Yes, we will control,maintain and calibrate equipment monthly and keep the records.

Are you willing to issue quality control certificate for every order/package or not?

Yes, we are. Every order/package all passed out our quality control certification when they delivery.

Would you welcome a quality audit by our QA manager in your premises?

Do you accept rejection and return of an entire order or lot in case our QC dept. encounters defective products in higher percentage than mentioned by you?

We will not provide defective products to customers, after all the problems in the shortest possible time to solve and then notify the inspector until all the products no problem. And we will take the initiative to assume tolls second test produced.

Do you apply a QA system in the production process of the product?

Yes, we implement the QA system, the inspectors have been trained.

Have you verified your products bearing an EC, DIN conformance certificate?

Yes, we have. All products are bearing the EC, DIN conformance certificate.
